Journey to Arendelle and Asgard – Aug 2014

IMG_0026

The sole purpose of this trip was mainly for the Disneyland Half Marathon, but since we were going to be there for the the weekend, we got three-day passes again and explored some new territory we haven’t been before. Dianne was also able to hang out with us for a day =)

One of those places we haven’t been in Disneyland was to Arendelle. Dianne’s been wanting to see Anna and Elsa since my birthday trip last month. This time we didn’t have much of an itinerary, so we braved the two hour wait to see them. Dianne was most pleased!

We took her to see the Iron Man Exhibit that she missed out on last time. And while we were there, we decided to wait in the line to see Thor, since Captain America wasn’t available at the time. Thor and his exhibit was a TOTAL surprise. I did not expect that. See how his exhibit was more amazing that Captain America in the video. (Maybe even better than Anna and Elsa, but don’t tell Dianne that haha.)

Those were the two main Character Meet and Greets of my weekend. Other things I got to try for the first time were new items available at the Jolly Holiday Bakery. And I got to finally try a corndog from Corndog Castle in California Adventure! Of course food would be mentioned in this post!

What’s the longest line you waited in at a Disney park or cruise? Tell me in the comments!
