Happy Birth-Month to Me!

DSC_5367

As July comes to an end, I just wanted to thank everyone that greeted me in-person, or through call/text/email, greetings and picture collages on FB and IG, and especially everyone that was kind-hearted enough to go out of their way to get me a present. I LOVE IT ALL!

SoCal Eats – PokiNometry and PopBar

IMG_5570

EJ and I love to eat!  My brother, Alex, too! So when he told me about this place in Anaheim that sells “poke bowls,” I was sold. He texted me a picture of his order and I had to have it. Goofy’s Kitchen has a larger variety of buffet, but Plaza Inn had more characters, is cheaper, and is located inside the park. I love both, but I thought Plaza Inn was more convenient for us that weekend. Continue reading

Disneyland 2014 – Day One: My Birthday

DSC_5698

This year for my birthday, my husband surprised me with a trip to Disneyland! I haven’t been to there during summer in a while. We normally like to go in November when the weather is cooler and the holiday decorations are up. Kids are usually also in school at that time, so it’s not as crowded as it normally would be.

Maui – Food Trip

maui food trip

One of the first things I do when I plan for a vacation is to look for local places to eat. EJ and I love to try new foods, and Maui definitely provided us with lots of opportunities for that. Read on to see what we ate, and here are links to the other posts in the Maui Series:
